ABOUT ME
Frank Gregory Cicci lives in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from South Huntingdon High School (now Yough High School) and went to the Community College of Allegheny County where he receieved an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Upon completion Frank enrolled at West Virginia University where he studied for one year before not returning.
After school he worked for the family business and had a few jobs for two different companies as a laborer in their factories before he became a coal miner for the next 21 years. During this time he was married for 39 years until his wife's death in 2012. Frank has since remarried in 2016.
In 1991 he returned to school at California University of Pennsylvania and received his B.S. Degree in Elementary Education, and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education in 1998.
Frank started substitute teaching in 1994 and has done that since, either part time or full time, at a few school districts in his area.
